RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our policy is for 14 days. After 14 days of your package being postmarked as "delivered", it is no longer eligible for refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, a return/exchange must be initiated in our portal within 14 days of the package being delivered. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
All returns for a refund will incur a $10 re-stocking fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All domestic exchanges are free through our Domestic Return Portal below.
Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time. We recommend using our International Return Portal below to initiate a return for refund and placing a new order. Duties/taxes and shipping apply.
INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE:
- Orders using a final sale code. Please thoroughly read promos.
- Items that state they are final sale on their listing. This includes most Shapewear products: Waist Trainers, Support Bodysuits, Underwear.
- Gift Cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within the 3 days of your package being postmarked as delivered so tha we can further assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INITIATE A BUMPSUIT RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Once your return has been postmarked as delivered, your return is inspected for quality. If your return passes inspection, a refund will then be initiated within 14 business days to your original form of payment. This timeframe is dependent on the financial institution used at checkout.
If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days of your return being postmarked as delivered, please contact your bank or credit card company first to confirm the refund is not still "pending". If they show nothing on their end, then please reach out to us for an update, by providing us your order number, return tracking number and date your return was postmarked as delivered.
