Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a BUMPSUIT return, please email our customer service department by filling out the contact form below. To request a return, we ask customers to contact us within 14 days of your package being marked as "delivered". All requests, outside of the 14 day window are ineligible for a return as stated in our Return Policy.

Note that ESSENTIAL items are eligible for returns. Support Bodysuits, Support Briefs, and Support Waist Trainers are Final Sale and ineligible for a return as stated on their listing. 

During our "Final Sale" sale promotion, if you use the assigned code, all of your products are ineligible for a return. Please read all sale promos in their entirety to determine if it is a Final Sale or not. If you are unsure, please contact us at hello@bumpsuit.co so we can assist you.

Please note, returns and exchanges that are returned without notice will not be accepted.

 The following must be included in your return request for us to better assist you in a quick manner: 

-Your name, email and phone number-The order number(s)-The items you wish you return-Reason for your return
