Support Waist Trainer sizing:
Please use our sizing guides and measurements on the product listing to help you with this decision.
We suggest starting at your pre pregnancy size. Taking into consideration that all pregnancy experiences are unique, some customers choose to purchase an additional Support Waist Trainer, a size up from their pre pregnancy size to start with. When ready, they transition to the Support Waist Trainer that is in their pre pregnancy size.
We recommend purchasing 2 sizes for an easy transition whether that is based on sizing down when you are ready or based on the amount of activity you plan to do while wearing your Support Waist Trainer.
BUMPSUIT Essential Sizing:
Please use our sizing Guides on our website to help you with this decision. All of our Essential styles are made with the most buttery soft material that has amazing 4 way stretch which is why so many of our first time customers come back for more!
Most orders take up to 3 business days for processing before they ship from our warehouse. Estimated Delivery, noted at checkout, starts when your order ships. Please note, that some carriers are still seeing the effects of Covid-19 and will state on their website if there are any delivery delays their customers can expect. We are unable to speed up the delivery time with our shipping carriers.
Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. Certain products, such as pre-order items, may have longer processing times which are noted on the products listing. Please read about pre-order shipments below.
Please take into consideration, we are unable to speed up the processing or shipping time when placing your order.
Products available for pre-order are indicated on the products page with an anticipated ship date. By placing your order, the full payment will be captured up front.
Please note, if your order contains pre-order items and available items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received. Please check the products listing for pre-order ship dates. The pre-order ship date will also be noted on the checkout page as well as on your order confirmation email from us.
We are unable to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we suggest placing a separate order.
If you have placed an order containing pre-order and available items and need the available items sooner, you will need to place a new order for the items you need now. When your original order arrives with the pre-order and available items, you can email us to request a return for those pieces.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order once you have placed it.
Changing Shipping Address:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered at the time of checkout when the order was originally placed. You will have to contact the shipping carrier associated with your package, to ask them how to proceed with updating the shipping address.
We accept returns within 14 days of the date the order was marked delivered to the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days once your return has been marked delivered, for your return to be processed, inspected and refunded by our returns department.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable) and in its original garment packaging. This includes: free of hair, glitter, fuzz, perfumes, deodorant markings and other markings.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be initiated.
Products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. This includes all Support Waist Trainer Bands and Undergarments.
For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return:
We accept returns within 14 days of the date the order was marked as delivered. To request a return go to our “Returns and Exchanges” page:https://www.bumpsuit.co/pages/returns-exchanges. Follow the steps. Include your order number, item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, a team member will respond as soon as possible to assist you further with your return/exchange.
Returns for a refund will be a $10 re-stocking fee.
Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund to the original method of payment will be initiated if your return has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and do not meet the required criteria.
Products marked as SALE or FINAL SALE are ineligible for a return/exchange/refund.
During a FINAL SALE promotion where the customer uses a final sale code, all sales are final for all products and are ineligible for a return/exchange/refund.
Exchanges: If you would like a different style, size or color BUMPSUIT, a new order must be placed. Please use the steps above to request a return of the original order. At any point during the return process, you can place a new order for the item(s) for which you would like to receive.
Damaged or Faulty Item:
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please send pictures and your information to us at email@example.com so that we can assist you.
Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day window cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded.
Where is BUMPSUIT distributed?
BUMPSUIT is distributed in the United States.
International Shipments and Covid 19 delays:
NOTE: For all Australian orders we strongly recommend using UPS, Fedex or DHL at this time, due to the many COVID related delays local shipping companies are incurring.
All duties and taxes are non refundable. Duties and taxes are not calculated at the time of check out. The customer is responsible for import duties and will be contacted by customs once your order has arrived to settle any additional charges in order for the package to be released.
Due to Covid-19, postal services are seeing occasional delays in their estimated shipping time. BUMPSUIT orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible, but in some rare cases, due to new safety protocols followed by postal services worldwide, delays are possible.
Once an order has left our distribution facility, we have no control over the time it may take for the postal service to deliver your order.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We have seen more accurate and consistent delivery times for international orders that ship with UPS or DHL.
International orders shipped with USPS usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on the country it is traveling to. Due to Covid-19, we have been informed that orders shipped with USPS can see additional delays up to 4 weeks (a total of 8 weeks) for some countries. We recommend that when a delay has occurred, that you reach out to the postal service responsible for your package for more information. We are not given any additional information regarding your packages whereabouts, other then what you receive with the tracking number provided when your order ships out.
